Question 1

What is Analysez?

Accepted Answer

Analysez is a biostatistics company with two ways to work with us: Analysez AI (app.analysez.com), a software platform for data cleaning, analysis, and instant APA-ready reports, and Analysez Consulting, 1-on-1 work with expert human biostatisticians.

Question 2

How long does a statistical analysis project take?

Accepted Answer

Standard dissertation and clinical research analyses are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Express delivery (3 to 5 business days) is available upon request.

Question 3

Is my research data safe and protected by a legal NDA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project is protected by a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed before upload, with encrypted private cloud storage.

Question 4

What statistical software and programming languages do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use R, SPSS, STATA, Jamovi, and Python, providing complete reproducible syntax scripts.

Question 5

Do you help me prepare for my dissertation defence or viva?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our consultations include comprehensive methodology defence coaching and statistical interpretation preparation.

Question 6

What is the difference between the AI platform and your consulting service?

Accepted Answer

The Analysez AI platform (app.analysez.com) is built for single studies: upload your survey, thesis, or clinical dataset, clean and analyse it, typically in 15–30 minutes, and download an APA-formatted report ready for your paper. Analysez Consulting is for large or connected data: hospital registries, multi-sheet databases that must be linked, clinical trials, and CRO or regulatory submissions (FDA, EMA, SFDA), where our senior biostatisticians plan and conduct the analysis directly with you.

Question 7

My data has many sheets / comes from a hospital system — which should I use?

Accepted Answer

You should work with our consulting team. When data spans multiple spreadsheets, relational hospital registries, or complex longitudinal follow-ups, it requires specialized data linkage, validation, and advanced modeling that cannot be reduced to a single-table upload. Our biostatisticians will inspect your data structure, establish secure data-sharing protocols under strict NDA, and build a customized analytical pipeline.
